• 6× Beetroot juice 750 ml – around a kilo of beetroots per bottle, naturally rich in potassium, which contributes to the maintenance of normal blood pressure and normal muscle function
• 6× Aronia juice 750 ml – pressed with the skin, unfiltered, almost black
• 1× Acacia honey 700 g – 100% natural, mild, and liquid. A teaspoon takes the tartness out of the aronia.

How the ritual works

One glass (250 ml) every morning, alternating between beetroot and aronia. If you prefer it milder, stir in a teaspoon of honey with the aronia. Tick the box, done. And at some point, around box 20, you will notice: you no longer think about it – it is simply part of your morning.

Why 36 days?
12 bottles of 750 ml result in exactly 36 glasses at 250 ml per day. Long enough for an intention to become a habit.

How does pure beetroot taste?
Earthy and sweet at the same time, nothing thickened. If you find it too strong, dilute it with apple juice or water.

How long does an open bottle last?
Once opened, it belongs in the fridge. With one glass a day, it is empty after three days.
