Processing Time Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Carrier We ship all orders with GLS.
Delivery Times & Shipping Costs
- Austria — Delivery time: 2–4 business days
- EU — Delivery time: 5–10 business days
- International — Delivery time: 10–20 business days
Customs & Import Duties For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs and import duties may apply. These costs are borne by the buyer and are not included in the purchase price.
Order Tracking After shipment, you will receive an email with your GLS tracking number to track your package.
