Meadow Honey 100% Pure 700g

Summer blossom honey: complex in aroma because it combines everything that bloomed at the same time in the same meadow. No two vintages taste exactly the same – that’s how you know that no one has interfered.

Nothing added, nothing removed. Not ultra-filtered, so the flower pollen remains in the jar. Gently bottled instead of superheated, so that aroma and fragrance do not evaporate in the boiler.

It will solidify and crystallize over time. This is not a defect – on the contrary: honey that still stands liquid as syrup on the shelf after two years usually has a reason for it.
